Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and confirmation by The Backyard Guys.
A deposit may be required to begin an order or reserve production. Any remaining balance will be due according to the payment schedule provided in your proposal, invoice, or purchase agreement.
Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards, ACH transfers, checks, financing, or other approved payment methods.
Custom or made-to-order products may require a non-refundable deposit.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change unless otherwise stated in a written quote or purchase agreement.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and may be adjusted after expiration due to changes in material costs, product configuration, site conditions, installation requirements, or other project-related factors.
Applicable sales tax, permit fees, delivery charges, installation costs, and other project expenses will be disclosed when applicable.

Production & Delivery
Production and delivery timelines vary depending on product selection, customization, availability, project requirements, and demand.
Any timeline provided is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
The Backyard Guys will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated schedules but cannot guarantee delays will not occur due to weather, transportation disruptions, supply chain conditions, permitting delays, manufacturer delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Installation
Installation requirements vary based on the product, property, site conditions, foundation, local building requirements, and selected options.
Before installation, the project site must be accessible and properly prepared according to the requirements communicated by The Backyard Guys or the installer.
Additional work may be required for foundations, concrete, electrical service, drainage, utilities, permitting, or other site conditions.
Unless expressly included in the customer’s proposal or purchase agreement, these services may result in additional costs.
Customers should review applicable local building codes, HOA requirements, and property restrictions before installation.

Returns & Cancellations
Many of our cabanas and related products may be manufactured, configured, or ordered specifically for an individual customer.
As a result, custom, special-order, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or cancellation once production or procurement has begun.
Return eligibility for standard, unused products and accessories will depend on the applicable return policy.
Any approved return may be subject to shipping, handling, restocking, or other applicable fees.

Warranty
Eligible products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s or The Backyard Guys’ limited warranty.
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim requirements may vary depending on the product and component.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the project location and known site conditions.
Local permit, zoning, HOA, engineering, and building requirements vary by location. Responsibility for obtaining permits and approvals will be determined by the customer’s proposal or purchase agreement.
Unexpected site conditions or requirements discovered after a project begins may result in additional costs or schedule changes.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Backyard Guys’ liability relating to products or services will be subject to the limitations contained in the applicable purchase agreement, warranty, and other written terms provided to the customer.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable quote, invoice, purchase agreement, warranty, privacy policy, or other written agreement, govern your purchase and use of our products and services.
The Backyard Guys reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when posted to this website unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
